4. Return Processing

Once we receive your returned item:

We will inspect the condition of the item to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria for a return.
If the return is accepted, we will process the return within 7 business days.
You will be issued a refund to your original payment method, or an exchange if requested.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If the item you received is damaged or defective:

We will arrange for a return, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
